Operator and payment processing
King Greg is operated by Uusi Lehti. Payment details are processed by Link (Stripe); King Greg does not store full payment card numbers or other payment instrument information in the service.
What we collect
We collect the information you provide when creating or updating your profile: desk choice, watchlist terms, mutes, source weights, social-vs-web balance, alert cap, preferred briefing schedule, and topic/entity follows. We also store brief history, alert state, and usage data needed to operate the service.
How we use it
Your preferences are used to rank, filter, and summarize briefs for you. Public source text may be sent to language model providers for summarization and clustering. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling for third parties, or any purpose unrelated to delivering your briefs.
Storage and security
Data is stored in Cloudflare D1 and transmitted over HTTPS. We use standard access controls and do not store passwords or payment information in the current version of the service.
Cookies and local storage
We use functional cookies and browser storage to remember your session, public-preview provisional follows, and UI preferences. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
